The boulevard is accessible from Interstate 70 (Exit 284 eastbound, Exit 285
westbound), from Airport Boulevard, from Tower Road or from the E-470

Denver International Airport has numerous
parking options - two five-level garages (including valet), two short-term parking areas, two uncovered
economy lots and two outlying shuttle lots. When driving to the airport on Peņa
Boulevard, watch for electronic roadway signs that display parking availability.
As you approach Jeppesen Terminal, overhead roadway signs indicate which airlines operate from the east and west sides of the terminal. REMEMBER: it will be more convenient to park on the side where your airline's ticket counters and baggage claim are located.
If you are dropping off a passenger at curbside, follow the Departures signs to Terminal Level 6.
Airline ticket counters are just inside the doors on Level 6 and overhead roadway signs indicate which airlines operate from the east and west sides of the terminal. You may drive through and drop your passenger at the curbside location designated for his or her airline.
Some airlines offer curb-side luggage check in service. Checking luggage at curbside can often save time and may be faster than checking bags at the ticket counter. Read Airlines at DIA to determine if your airline offers curb-side check in.

Arrivals, Level 4 alongside Jeppesen Terminal is designated for passenger curbside pick-up. Arriving passengers who will take private transportation will collect
their luggage at baggage
claim on Level 5 and take an escalator or elevator down to Level 4 where private vehicles are allowed to drive through and pick up passengers. Drivers cannot park and wait at curbside.
Drivers should follow the signs on Peņa
Boulevard to Arrivals, Level
4 either Terminal West or Terminal East, according to the airline name. Overhead
signs identify each airline location. Passengers
must be at curbside waiting for their rides. Any unattended vehicles will
be towed immediately.
Options for picking up passengers include:
- Immediate curbside
pick-up on Arrivals, Level 4 when travelers are waiting at curbside.
- Delayed curbside pick-up when the driver has arrived early and is waiting
in the 45-minute
waiting area (located on Peña Boulevard) for a telephone call
from the arriving travelers indicating they are ready to be picked up at curbside.
- The 45-minute
waiting area is just beyond the E-470
overpass on inbound Peņa Boulevard. Vehicles may pull into
the waiting area to wait for a passenger. For safety, drivers must stay in their cars in the waiting area. When passengers arrive and contact you, arrange to meet them at their airline door on Arrivals, Level 4 and then drive to the terminal. NOTE: No public telephone or restrooms are in the waiting area.
- Park and meet domestic travelers inside Jeppesen Terminal. Short-term parking is located in the garages accessible via Arrivals, Level 4, both west and east sides of Jeppesen Terminal. After parking,
we suggest meeting travelers on Level 5 of Jeppesen Terminal at either the fountain
or at the appropriate baggage-claim carousel. Only ticketed passengers or those with a demonstrated need may go to the
airline gates. Demonstrated need must be arranged with the airlines, not
the airport.
- Park and meet international travelers inside Jeppesen Terminal at the north end of the atrium, at the International Arrivals area (near the statue of Elrey P. Jeppesen). After clearing Customs and Immigration, arriving international passengers enter Jeppesen Terminal on Level 5.
