Overview:

Join our team at Prospect Airport Services as an Entry Level Baggage Transporter, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to passengers at Denver International Airport. Your primary responsibility will be handling oversize baggage items during arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for passengers. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, although specific shifts cannot be guaranteed. If you are customer service-oriented, have good time management skills, and are physically capable of performing the required tasks, we welcome you to apply.

Duties:

• Assist passengers with oversize baggage, including car seats, strollers, ski equipment, sports gear, dog kennels, and bags requiring extra security screening or exceeding airline size restrictions.
• Provide exceptional customer service during the handling of oversize baggage items.
• Work in a 24/7 operation, being available for shifts throughout the week, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs, walk, stand, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
• Display strong time management skills to ensure timely baggage handling.
• Effectively communicate and understand instructions in English.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills.

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Time management: 1 year (Required)
